Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 2026-05-18

This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities that are not permitted on Capital Fortress. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that violates it, with or without notice.

1. You may not

  • Use the Service to provide regulated financial, investment, tax, or legal advice to third parties, or to operate any service requiring a financial licence you do not hold.
  • Resell, rent, sublicense, white-label, or otherwise commercialise access to the Service.
  • Share your account credentials, share a single account between multiple people, or operate multiple accounts to extend trials, coupons, or rate-limited features.
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content, data, model outputs, or aggregate metrics from the Service, including via automated tools, headless browsers, or unauthorized API calls.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, probe, or attempt to derive the source code, training data, or proprietary algorithms behind the Service.
  • Bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, paywalls, rate-limits, geographic restrictions, content filters, or any other security feature.
  • Upload or transmit malware, exploit code, or anything designed to harm or surveil the Service, our infrastructure, our staff, or other users.
  • Use the Service to conduct, finance, or facilitate illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, child exploitation, or terrorism financing.
  • Submit content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy rights, or is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise unlawful.
  • Misrepresent yourself, your affiliation, or the source of any communication, including impersonating Capital Fortress staff.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications, run phishing campaigns, or generate spam.
  • Interfere with other users’ use of the Service, including through denial-of-service attempts, resource exhaustion, or abusive support tickets.

2. Use of outputs

Outputs from the Service — scores, simulations, recommendations, charts, allocation suggestions, and similar artefacts — are educational. You may not present them as personalised financial advice to third parties or rely on them as the sole basis for a financial decision affecting another person.

3. Reporting abuse

If you become aware of activity on Capital Fortress that violates this policy or applicable law, please report it to support@capitalfortress.org with as much detail as you can share.

4. Enforcement

We investigate suspected violations at our discretion. We may take any action that we judge to be appropriate, including warnings, limiting features, suspending the account, terminating the account, deleting offending content, blocking IP addresses, and reporting to authorities. Enforcement decisions are made without obligation to publish reasons and without any refund obligation.

5. Changes

We may update this policy to address new threats and abuse patterns. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated policy.
