DSA Compliance Statement
Last updated 2026-05-18
This page sets out information that Capital Fortress, operated by Furni Systems SRL, provides to users in the European Union under the EU Digital Services Act, Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the “DSA”).
1. Single point of contact
Under Article 11 of the DSA, our single electronic point of contact for direct communication with EU Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services is:
- Email: support@capitalfortress.org
- Language: English
- Method: email; we will acknowledge receipt within five business days.
2. Single point of contact for users
Under Article 12, users may contact us directly about DSA-related matters at the same address — support@capitalfortress.org — in English. We aim to respond within five business days. Where possible we accept communications in your local EU language; if our reply needs translation, we will say so.
3. Legal representative in the Union
Furni Systems SRL is established in Romania, an EU Member State, and is therefore directly subject to EU law without the need to appoint an Article 13 legal representative.
4. Notice and action mechanism
We provide a mechanism for any person or entity to notify us about content available through the Service that they consider illegal under EU or national law, in line with Article 16 of the DSA. To submit a notice, send an email to support@capitalfortress.org with:
- A precise indication of the content concerned (URL or in-app location) and a clear explanation of why you consider it illegal.
- The legal basis for your claim, with reference to the law allegedly broken.
- Your name and email address, unless your notice concerns offences listed in Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU, in which case the notice may be anonymous.
- A statement, made in good faith, that the information in the notice is accurate and complete.
We will acknowledge receipt without undue delay, review the notice, take whatever action we consider appropriate (which may be: leaving the content in place; restricting visibility; removing it; suspending the account that posted it; or referring the matter to authorities), and inform you of our decision. We may decline to act on notices that are manifestly unfounded or repetitive.
5. Statement of reasons
Where we restrict the visibility of content, remove content, suspend or terminate an account, or otherwise apply a restriction on the basis of suspected illegality or breach of these Terms, we will provide the affected user with a clear and specific statement of reasons in line with Article 17 of the DSA, unless doing so would be unlawful, undermine an ongoing investigation, or relate to deceptive commercial content.
6. Internal complaint handling
Any user affected by a content-moderation decision may submit a complaint to us, free of charge, within six months of the decision. Send the complaint, with the original decision reference if available, to support@capitalfortress.org. We will review the complaint by qualified staff who were not involved in the original decision and respond within a reasonable time. If our decision is upheld and you remain dissatisfied, you may also pursue out-of-court dispute settlement before a certified body under Article 21, or take the matter to a competent court.
7. Trusted flaggers
Notices submitted by entities awarded the status of “trusted flagger” under Article 22 by their national Digital Services Coordinator are processed and decided on with priority.
8. Advertising
We do not display online advertising in the Service. Section relating to Article 26 disclosures therefore does not apply.
9. Algorithmic decision-making
We use rule-based algorithms (deterministic formulas described in our course content) to compute scores and ranges shown in the Service. These outputs are educational and not used to take automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effect.
10. Updates and contact for general legal questions
We may update this statement to reflect legal or operational changes. For general legal questions write to support@capitalfortress.org.
