Community Guidelines

Last updated 2026-05-18

These Community Guidelines describe how we expect users to interact with us — in support tickets, surveys, emails, comments, and any other channel where Capital Fortress hosts user communications — and what we expect of ourselves. They protect everyone’s experience and our team’s ability to keep building.

1. The short version

  • Be respectful. Disagreement is welcome; abuse is not.
  • Keep it on-topic and constructive.
  • Don’t share personal data that isn’t yours.
  • Don’t use our channels to promote unrelated products, recruit users, or pump assets.
  • Tell us about problems early — we’d rather fix something than guess.

2. What we won’t tolerate

  • Harassment, threats, intimidation, slurs, or sustained personal attacks, including against our staff.
  • Hate speech, incitement to violence, or content targeting people based on protected attributes (race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, age, or similar).
  • Doxxing, sharing private information about other users or our staff without consent.
  • Sexually explicit content, content involving minors, or anything illegal.
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative behaviour — including identity misrepresentation, fabricated screenshots, or pump-and-dump promotion.
  • Bulk unsolicited promotion of products, services, or recruitment opportunities through our channels.

3. Financial information shared with us

When you share screenshots, exported reports, or bank-statement excerpts with us — for example to report a parsing bug — please redact account numbers, addresses, and other sensitive identifiers wherever possible. We will treat what you share with reasonable care, but redaction reduces risk for everyone.

4. Enforcement

Violating these guidelines can result in a warning, removal of content, restriction of features, suspension, or permanent termination of your account. Egregious violations and anything illegal will be acted on immediately and may be reported to authorities. We make enforcement decisions at our discretion and are not required to publish reasons.

5. What you can expect from us

  • Clear, plain-language responses from real humans, in English. We aim to reply to support emails within two business days.
  • Honest answers when something is broken, missing, or planned for later.
  • Respect for your time and your data.

6. Reporting

Report concerns to support@capitalfortress.org. Include enough detail for us to investigate. If a concern relates to personal data, see also our Data Processing Choices.
